Here at pixofirm, we take great pride in our work. Designing client-tailored solutions means working
hand-in-hand with you, delivering not only what you want, but also what you need. But design isn't
our only strong point, we also bring you the latest technologies under the hood, we definately have the
best of both worlds.
Below you will find some of our most recent work.
Recent Work
Thomas Kemeny Real Estate
- Site Design / Development
- http://www.tkr.com.au
Established Perth real estate agent Tom Kemeny, already had a website but it had grown tired and needed a refresh. Using a packaged real estate theme we were able to stay in budget whilst giving Tom an easily updatable CMS site with a fresh new look and feel.

JFK Construction
- Logo / Branding
- Site Design / Development
- http://www.jfkconstruction.com.au
A local Perth builder approached us to rebrand his company JFK Construction. With a striking new logo in place, we moved onto building John a "Wordpress" powered website to showcase both his work in progress and completed builds. The site includes a completely custom designed theme, and several plugins for additional functionality. The project galleries include custom written code beautifully showcasing the JFK craftsmanship.

Provincial
- Site Design / Development
- http://www.provincialrealestate.com.au
A new hills based real estate agency required a fresh, modern and easy to use website to promote their business.
As a REIWA member agent, we were able to integrate the webservices made available by REIWA
to reduce the need to double enter property details.

Breakwater Estate
- Logo / Branding
- Site Design / Development
- http://www.breakwaterestate.com.au
A new land estate development in Perth's north required a logo that would convey the elements of their unique estate - the
fact that it is in a rural/bushy outlook and yet also extremely close to the wonderful beaches of Two Rocks. The resulting
logo uses three graceful leaves in a blue and green colour scheme, the largest leaf is placed like a breaking wave and is
coloured blue to represent the ocean.
They also required a website to communicate details of the upcoming releases to the public. We created a CMS
site with a fully customised theme incorporating subtle flash elements into the design, and a simple
layout making everything easy to find.

Fdel
- Site Design / Development
- http://fdel.com.au
Acclaimed Perth producer Fdel, approached us to design a website that would serve to promote his releases,
upcoming gigs, and as a tool to stay in touch with fans.
The site is powered by "Wordpress", with a custom
designed theme, several plugins were installed for additional functionality. This simple to use blogging /
CMS tool gives Fdel the control to update his site easily, without being overwhelmed by an overly complex
back-end administration.

Assembly Line
- Site Design / Development
- http://assemblyline.com.au
Assembly Line approached up to develop their own web presence, as an additional promotional tool to
their recently upgraded myspace profile, and to support their recent EP release. Using the same feel
as the EP cover art and the myspace site we came up with a simple one page design that contains
everything required.
Using "WordPress" for the back-end allows the site to be easily maintained and
if and when needed easily reskinned / expanded.

DeeDeez
- Site Design / Development
- http://deedeez.com.au
Deedeez is a new online store selling a great range of affordable costume jewellery.
We were approached to come up with a fun and user friendly design that would appeal to women. This ecommerce
site uses an open source shopping cart called "OScommerce", which has been modded and skinned with the custom
design.

Aperture 22
- Site Design / Development
- http://aperture22.com.au
Aperture 22 is the new venture of experienced photographers Frank Spano and Darren Santich, the pair
approached us to design and develop a website to promote their new business. The project included a
custom website design, and development using "TextPattern" as the back-end.
Aperture 22 also required a dynamic virtual tour page to be designed and developed. This section of the
project included a custom virtual tours administration interface, to allow new tours to be added for clients.

Assembly Line
- Myspace Branding
- http://myspace.com/assemblylinebeats
Myspace is one of those sites we love to hate, clunky code and ugly interfaces just don't make
for a happy browsing experience. However myspace is also an excellent marketing tool for musicians.
Luckily you can hack your way to a nice looking myspace profile, as we have done here for instrumental
hip-hop group Assembly Line. Building on the design elements used in the EP cover art, we have
maintained the feel of the funky 70's.

REIWA 2008
- 2008 Site Redesign
- http://reiwa.com
REIWA (Real Estate Institute of WA) is Western Australia's largest and most popular real estate
resource, with well over 50,000 unique visitors and 1.5 million page views per week. The website
is targetted at all ages. This project was a unique challenge of displaying an overwhelming amount
of content, in a simple, easy to access manner.
The new design had enhancements such as a new simplified
search box with three sliding tabs "Buy/Rent/Site Search". And within this - there are predictive text boxes
that suggest the suburb or postcode as your typing. The new design incorporated different icons to help group
and differentiate the sections of the front page, Highest Growth Suburbs is shown as a bar graph,
for instance. This project also tied in with a unique advertising campaign, promoting people to
"Do Your Research" before they buy.

REIWA 2007
- 2007 Site Redesign
There were several key features introduced with this 2007 site redesign. The front page featured a random
selection of photographs from around Western Australia, from East Perth to the Busselton Jetty (as pictured
here). This gave regular visitors to the site something fresh each day.
This redesign also included a series
of colorful photographs down the left promoting sections in, and around the website. Moving your curser over
these would slide the colors up and give the user more information. There was also effort put into maintaining
some standards for site banners, offering similar banner designs with round corners, to separate it from
the square corners of the site.
